Order Acceptance
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and unless agreed to by Keto Infinite. Payment must be received by Keto Infinite prior to Keto Infinite's acceptance of an order. Keto Infinite is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by Keto Infinite and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors. Return and Refund
In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone or email and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send back the opened/unopened product to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product. In order for your refund to be processed the opened/unopened product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product. You pay for return shipping. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.

Place unopened/opened items in a box with email confirmation/RMA# or original receipt and a note detailing your preference for either exchange or refunds. Standard Shipping:
If you choose the default USPS Standard Shipping Option, you will not be charged shipping on your order from Keto Infinite. With our Standard Shipping Option, your package will be shipped by USPS and will arrive in 5-7 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
30 Day Refund Policy:
Opened/Unopened Merchandise can be returned within 30 days from delivery date to receive a full refund.
